Reyes Growth Systems LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through reyesgrowthsystems.com and how we use it.
What information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our application form: your name, shop name, email address, mobile phone number, and your answers about your shop. When you book a call we also collect the appointment details you enter. We also collect basic technical data automatically, such as browser type, device, pages visited, and the source that brought you to the site.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your application, schedule and confirm your Growth Plan Call, and follow up.
- To prepare proposals and recommendations for your shop.
- To send you marketing updates about our services, only if you separately opted in to them.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising.
SMS opt-in and text messaging
You can opt in to text messages from Reyes Growth Systems LLC by checking a consent box on our application form. The boxes are unchecked by default and are not required to submit the form or book a call. There are two separate consents: non-marketing messages about your application, call scheduling and follow-up, and marketing messages about our services. Messages are sent by Reyes Growth Systems LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. No sharing of SMS consent or mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing of other information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as website hosting, email delivery, our CRM, and analytics providers), or when required by law.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and our CRM's tracking script, to understand how visitors use the site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to attribute applications to the ads that produced them. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by emailing mauricio@reyesgrowthsystems.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will honor requests within a reasonable time.
