These terms govern your use of the Reyes Growth Systems LLC website. By using this site you agree to them.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it.

Applications and strategy calls

Submitting the application does not create a client relationship or a binding agreement. Any recommendation, strategy, or call is provided for informational purposes. Services begin only under a separate written agreement.

Services, fees and billing

Reyes Growth Systems LLC provides marketing services to automotive window tint, paint protection film and vinyl wrap shops: building and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, a landing page with a quote survey, lead alerts, follow-up automation and a lead pipeline. Services are provided under a written agreement signed by the client.

The management fee is $2,500 per month per shop unless a different fee is stated in the client's agreement. Fees are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Meta and is never collected or held by Reyes Growth Systems LLC.

Term, cancellation and refunds

Service is month to month from the start date in the client's agreement. There is no minimum term. Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by email to mauricio@reyesgrowthsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after the notice is received, and any billing date that falls within those 30 days is charged as normal.

Fees for any month in which services have been started or delivered are not refundable. If Reyes Growth Systems LLC fails to deliver the agreed services in a billing month, the client may request a refund of that month's fee by email within 14 days of the charge, and we will review and respond within 5 business days. Disputed charges should be raised with us first so we can resolve them directly.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and follow-up. Results described on this site are the actual results of specific clients and are not a promise of what your shop will achieve.

SMS terms and conditions

Program description. Reyes Growth Systems LLC offers a text messaging program for tint, PPF and wrap shop owners who apply on this site. If you opt in, we send messages about your application, Growth Plan Call scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-up. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional updates and offers about our services. You opt in by checking the consent box on our application form; the boxes are unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of submitting the form, booking a call, or purchasing any service.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message from us and you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us. To start receiving messages again, opt in again through the form.

Message and data rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.

Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.

Privacy. How we collect, use and protect your information, including your mobile number and SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy at reyesgrowthsystems.com/privacy/. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, is owned by Reyes Growth Systems LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reyes Growth Systems LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
